The quality control is performed in the reception of materials, in the process and to the final product, being the workers an active part in this control. The control is made as upstream in the production flux as possible and the results are immediately registered in the informatic system, being available to the whole team in real time.

Our laboratory has all the equipment regularly used in the cork stopper industry and works in partnership with the Centro Tecnológico da Cortiça (CTCOR). Every procedure of our laboratory is performed accordingly with the ISO norms for the sector - including the sensory analysis.
Our quality team understands well the bottle-cork and wine-cork relations. We remain open to the share technical informations with our partners.
